Description
Wood Jerk Blocks
The VA SEVEN® Wood Jerk Blocks are ideal for improving lifting techniques such as Cleans, Jerks and Deadlifts. Combine different blocks according to the exercise/ technique and height of the athlete.
All Wood Jerk Blocks have a rubber mat on top, interior bracing and brackets to avoid barbells from rolling off and holding the blocks in place when stacked.
The black birch blocks and metal edge protection look great and turn heads in any gym or training facility. Please contact us for individual colour and/ or logo options.
Note: The 6 cm blocks must be placed on top of the stack when using the jerk blocks to prevent damages and ensure the longevity of the jerk blocks.
